I guess we are pretty much on the same boat here. My GCKey was exactly like this past week. I am a June 27 applicant. My wife is a Canadian citizen and just now we saw that there is another line on her ECAS saying that they have sent a correspondence for us - so far, we didn't get AOR1 nor SA.

Sending AORs is overrated

Yea, my process is a good example of that; today CGKey shows that they're evaluating my eligibility and they are also performing a BCG check. However, I don't have AOR1, SA, or nothing else so far!

keep trying heheheh... I was trying like 3 times per week after 60 days my application was delivered to CPC-S and just yesterday I finally could link my application to my account :)

If either the principal applicant or the sponsor are in Canada, it is possible to call CIC to try to get news regarding your application. It may be worth it to try as your application is over 100 days already.

Well, I had several changes on my application and never got any message from IRCC; I think it could take some 60 to 90 days to get any kind of message from them. The first one should be the AOR1, which is them saying: "we got your application, opened it and there is nothing missing" :)
