I suggest you apply for colleges without any delay. Don't wait for Wes evaluation unless it is required for a college. Or try to tell them u have applied for that and will provide as soon as it is available. I did the same mistake of postponing my application and ended up missing fall 2014...

Consultants sell the colleges that give them high commission. Do your own research and apply on your own. Also remember, Canada is not just BC and Ontario.

Most of the Universities do not have a requirement of GMAT. Spend some time on the Internet and do an extensive search. After all, it's for yourself. You may want to search from here: http://www.aucc.ca/canadian-universities/study-programs/
