Yes on Nov 3rd they sent an email stating there has been an update to my application; I logged into MyCIC account and saw it was approved.

Correct; I had to send my passport. :(

I already submitted the IRCC web form last week, and it was approved a day or two after that (though I am not sure if it's because of the web form). And, if they send it without sticker, I might as well cancel my flight - because I need the visa to come back to Canada in 2 weeks. :)

Don't get this, my application was approved on Nov 3rd, and they still haven't mailed it or activated the tracking.

That's unfortunate. I at least have the approval; but it's useless if they don't send the passport before this Thursday. I will have to miss my flight.

I applied within Canada too. Online.

I applied on 19th too, and it was delivered on 20th. I have a flight booked for Nov 12. :(
