If you need OWP, then you need to apply for the work permit as well as TRV for yourself. Your spouse will apply for application for study permit plus TRV plus family information questionnaire.- bonhomie08

Looking for accommodation in Winnipeg, coming in Dec
Hi folks, I'll be arriving in Winnipeg in Dec 1st week from India, to join classes in Jan at RRC. I would like to know if anyone has accommodation availablity around that time. Due to the extreme cold, I'd strongly prefer accommodation very near to a bus stop. Thanks!- bonhomie08
