You're lucky man. My passport was received on Oct 20th, and still no tracking. There does not seem to be any consistency in how they approach this.

Obviously, there are a lot of ungrateful folks here - who do not bother to come back and let others know when their passport was returned after stamping. They of course do not mind getting help and information from others while waiting for their passports to be returned.

If you don't know how to do it is better you go to a photograph studio so they don't get it wrong. Scan as .png or jpeg file and open your image in paint. Click on Resize, check Pixels radiobutton, uncheck Maintain Aspect Ratio, and modify the Horizontal and Vertical values!
