well there is an option to speak to an agent. You need to listen to all the options but be prepared for a long wait depending what time you call. I call first thing in the morning. The numbers I pushed to get to an agent was 2 then 1 then 1 then 0.

But if I read the email correctly.. If you upload it to your online account, you need to validate it before you save it. That's just what I understand of the email. So I would do a whole new one. Were you able to easily link your account? We still aren't able too. So frustrating.
