Did anybody here get the request but wasn't able to get the medical done in the 30 day time frame?
And if so, do they stop processing your application until you get that done?
I asked 2 different agents just to confirm and both said different. Oh the joys of CIC.
One said no it wouldn't put a delay.
And today this guy, said yes there would be a delay because it's a step by step process.
Its just that my husband works for a cruise company and just left India on Monday. Yesterday we just received his medical request. Now he is in a country that doesn't have a panel physician. He won't be able to make the 30 day frame so we will out in for an extension.
Just curious if anyone else has done this and noticed their app was delayed over this?

Oh and I called to confirm that I was inputting the same data as them to link our account. We have had trouble.
Well turns out they have his birth place as the city he currently lives in. Which is not what we put in the forms or what the first agent told me when I called before. Omg.
