Schedule a background still not validated

Hello. I sent my application ,including 5669e ( even though not validated,of course) on nov 2017. They asked me to link my account yesterday,on jan 12,2018. I linked my account and since I have got the application number and the UCI number, I completed the fields left blanc in the schedule a , which were, the uci and the app number. I chose the today’s date and.. tried to validate it. As before,it says , validated successfully but at the top of the page,it is still NOT VALIDATED. the 5669 form is that of 06/2017 Any ideas??? Please..

I would jut download a new schedule a and redo it. Sound like it doesn't like fact you worked on it, printed it and then went back to it.

It's a glitchy form and mine wouldn't validate after printing it to check it over. I then refilled in a newly downloaded form and it validated no problem.

But if I read the email correctly.. If you upload it to your online account, you need to validate it before you save it.
That's just what I understand of the email. So I would do a whole new one.

Were you able to easily link your account? We still aren't able too. So frustrating.

Yes you need to validate it. Not sure why you sent or with your application but the fact that you did filled it out partially back then, printed it then added more more info now may be causing the issue of it not validatibg. Save yourself the time of trying to get it work and just download a new one, fill it out entirely, validate it, then upload it.

Lucky. We are struggling. We have tried many combos and still no such luck. And even contacted cic and filled a tech report.

Have you tried 1 instead of 2 for number of people in app and/or putting your status as single?

Yes we tried that. I even took suggestions from other users in the post about this and still haven't had any luck.
But we did get an email on Friday for the principal applicant about his PCC and Schedule A.. Which has a different UCI number then when, I the sponsor got the first email. We got 3 emails so far. One addressed to me the sponsor. And two addressed to the PA. The first one was about connecting online which stated his UCI number was located at the top left which it wasn't. Then the second email showed his UCI.
But still, we aren't able to connect with either UCI.
Its all so confusing and the wait time to speak to an agent, drives me crazy and they are no help with connecting things anyways.

The one on the sponsor approval is the sponsors uci.
