No u do not have to send any prepaid envelope. Did Delhi respond to ur request for submission and collection of passport in person? How r u planning to send ur passports to Delhi?

If you are correct mate ........ then will Gurudev have to go to Colombo to get the stamping done... as you cannot send the passport out of India? So that would imply to personally fly to colombo to do the stamping? :o

Do not give much important to the correctness of the AoR from Sydney.... it is generic letter.... which will say that the file has been sent to the VO indicated on your file.... and they will send it elsewhere

To ur visa office only......(if you have already been issued aor form Sydney.....after that it has no role to play)

None mate..... infact only Deepak (Sydney Nov30) has been a lucky soul to receive second AoR and Med+PP. There are applicants with CIO Sydney AoR in Nov are still without second AoR from Delhi. So basically those who got AoR in Nov from Sydney have waited for 4 months now without a the second...

To the best of my knowledge they are not bothered if you have come to India to get the stamping done or you have sent it through a relative with authorisation to submit and collect the passport after stamping. As for in-person submission and collection of passport..... Delhi does not usually...
