So, Here is what you should do: Use the latest wp NOC code (2283). State complete work experience. That's it. Do not get confused further :) You have an option of stating all the NOC codes (as Winterfox has rightly said). But some people (including me) have used only one NOC code.

I do not think you have to worry on this! The requirement for CEC is: Your police certificate must be recent (less than three months old) compared to your application date. After that, it does not really matter. In specific cases, they might request another certificate from the same country...

Re: URGENT aaad - can you please tell us when and where (doc's office address) you did your medical? I am asking this because it seems that the doc using emedical! For sending passports to Canada, one of my friends found an option (personal option). Please PM me if you exhaust your options.

I would say if you are not time-constrained (WP expiring? have to leave country? leaving job?) and not in a hurry, then get it now and send with application kit! You have an option of sending it after the AOR, but use that option sparingly in real need. :)

The date mentioned in your police clearance certificate should be less than three months old to your application received date by Sydney. Now, if you cannot provide a clearance certificate now, make sure you send it asap once you receive the AOR. Again, it should not be more than three months...

I think you should email HRSDC with your job duties, and ask for the NOC. And then check for the NOC if it really falls under skill type 0, A or B. If it does, go ahead and apply, and attach the HRSDC letter in your application pack. At least it will give CIC a chance to see beyond salary.
