Oh Lord! I was checking the Aug thread, and found that some of the August'2012 applicants got MR already while even some June'12 applicants are waiting! I just pray that all of us July folks would get the MR by end of this month. That would be so wonderful for all the tensed nerves.

You are making a big mistake in interpreting this. Someone has NOT got rejected for "updating" reference letter to CIC adding some info's regarding D&R. I second this. You should try sending mails till you get an informative personalized reply. I am sure the VO will be considerate enough to look into your case if he can realize the veracity of your claim. In a seperate note, I would suggest you to prepare for another application.
