hi Experts,
My spouse and I are applying under CEC. We have this query on SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION Your Travels form.

Here is our situation:
My spouse was with me in USA on H4 (dependent) visa (starting Apr 2008). She joined her studies in USA in Sep 2008 and subsequently transferred her visa from H4 to F1 (in Jul 2009). After spending some time on F1, we changed our city within USA (while she remained on F1) in Apr 2010. We finally moved out of USA in Feb 2012.

Our query is:
Should there be one entry in SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION - Your Travels form for my spouse or should there be 3 separate entries?
One Entry (as ideally it was one single trip, we never moved out of USA):
Apr 2008 - Feb 2012 (? Purpose of Travel, ? Destination)

Three Entries (based on status/city):
Apr 2008 - Jul 2009 (Joining Spouse (H4) in city A)
Jul 2009 - Apr 2010 (Studying (F1) in city A)
Apr 2010 - Feb 2012 (Studying (F1) in city B)

Any help is appreciated.
Thanks.

I guess the travel list is pertinent for only intra-country trips (at least that is what I did in my app).
So, in your case, you do not have to declare intra-city trips seperately.

Be sure to show both of her visa statuses. I think there is another form where it asks specificaly for the visa status info.

The requirement is that you need to least all your trips outside your home country and Canada. So if you left US for another country even for a single day it should be stated in that list.
