Why isn't your employer willing to give you a reference letter? Did you try writing your own reference letter and giving it to your HR to put it on the company letterhead/sign it? Worse case submit only what you have on hand but write an explanation for CIC.

I was told the same by the clinic, they said they will call me within 2 weeks only if something's wrong with the results (haven't heard of them).you can submit your application with the information sheet but makes sense to wait for 2 weeks, just in case.

Many people who received ITA are currently working in Canada, for them the process can be completed in 2015. Not sure about applications received after June though.

You have to prove that you have the ECA at the time you submit your online application after receiving the ITA. That's when you have to prove your report exists. As long as your ECA matches the qualification you selected in your EE profile, why would that be misrepresentation?

From what I know you have to upload ECA, copy of your degree for which you did the ECA and translation (certified or notarized) of the degree if it's not English or French. At least that's what I was asked for by the consultant who works on my application.

The suffix is IMM for all ECA reports, the report number makes the difference.But you never know with CIC...
