Reference Letter - Document CheckList

Guys..

I am using the below document check list for emp reference.
I am employed by one company in Ind that transferred me on ICT to Canada. No other employers.

Employer is refusing me (verbally) to give the reference letter.I am using below documents to prove.
Let me know if I am missing anything..

WP Letter - This letter contains all details roles and responsibilities etc.. but the first line itself says that the letter is issued to obtain WP and not PR.
2015 - Annual Increment letter
2014 - Annual Increment letter
Last 6 months ADP Payslips.
Last 6 months RBC Bank statements to show the payment done
2014 - T4
2014 - Notice of Assessment
Current WP
Expired WP

Do you think it would substitute emp letter or am I in trouble ??

Why isn't your employer willing to give you a reference letter?
Did you try writing your own reference letter and giving it to your HR to put it on the company letterhead/sign it?
Worse case submit only what you have on hand but write an explanation for CIC.

Dear All I asked my previous employer where i worked for 4 yrs in general banking back office, it is a multinational bank, and they provided me JD within there prescribed format and mentioned 3 points where CIC is not going to understand my tasks as many technical terms has been used.

Now what shouild i do, should i req them to provide me something that mentions my task lists? Wht if they ignores to provide.

My noc is 6235 i think. Wht should i do, pls suggest?

Try asking them again because this bit is really important for you but I know it from personal experience that MNCs usually do not encourage any such requests but you can definitely try again.

If you still fail in getting anything from your employer, include detailed explanations of all these failed attempts in your letter of explanation.

Also, draft a note about your roles and responsibilities (this should match the NOC but not be a copy-paste job), try to get your supervisor/colleagues to verify and initial that document, attach their business cards, get the document notarized and submit the same. That's the best you can do. All the best!

Unfortunately, none of these are foolproof arrangements just viable alternatives that you can consider.

Your colleagues can do this provided you can't get any supervisor to help you out. Make sure you explain this situation as well in your letter of explanation. All the best!

I worked as an Assistant professor in reputed college. From whom i want to take sign for reference letter? There is no one like supervisor in the college.. Do i take reference letter from HOD or Principal ? Do Canada embassy enquire about me to these officers?
