At the end of the day the processing officers are also held accountable for their decisions and I don't see any reason why they would break the rules. It's not their best interest to give out PR's, so I won't count too much on their goodness.

I was working in my home country for more than 7 years. I don't think I would have to show a passport for that work experience/personal history. Not sure what's the requirement for work experience abroad though.

There are plenty of people on this forum who have an LMIA, the cutoff scores of the 10 Express Entry draws also prove that. Instead of instigating against the Canadian government you may want to improve your CRS score.

Did you even read the article? It has nothing to do with LMIA or Express Entry. The C-24 bill gives the government discretion to strip the citizenship of anyone convicted of terrorism or treason – provided they have or are eligible dual citizenship. Why is this so outrageous in your opinion?

It is relevant because the person you are defending said that CIC can easily verify Europe travel records (maybe you should re-read the thread). I'm 100% sure this is not the case with EU members and I also have a personal experience that proves it. I don't mind reading 'expert' advice on this...
