I sent photos 2 weeks ago. From your status it seems that I should wait another week or so before i call them. If you dont get a photo resend request it's pretty fast and takes 40-50 days, but if you get photo request add another month to it.

Don't know if they scan it or send physically but yes, the photo on CoPR is used for PR card.

Did the additional documents status change back to "The additional documents you provided are being reviewed” when you submitted new photos? Mine always reads "We do not need additional documents". I am 10 days past submitting new photos.

Does the CIC account say anything like "we are reviewing your documents" or does it directly change the status to "approved"? I submitted new photos upon request last week. Is there a way to know through mycic profile if they got back to my application?

What matters to IRCC is the WES ECA report. All other docs are optional.

Your best course of action would be to call cic if they haven't responded to your CSE in 5 business days.

Sounds like CIC account manager and web form manager are not in sync with eachother. The call center reps just read the cic account status. But they might have access even to other databases e.g. web form. Good that you called.

It sucks that we cannot tell how our application is processed after photo request. I was hoping it would be at higher priority after photos are received since the appln is already under process.
