    Yes...i did both. The answer was same that they haven't gotten to my photos yet as they were processing photos received till 12th March.

    I sent them my photos by courier and I do see that they were signed and received by someone but that doesnt necessarily mean the package was received by the concerned PR card processing department.     So they give 30 days to submit new photos but they get to your new photos only after around a month. Also you cannot verify if they received your new photos until they get to processing your new photos. And if they do not receive your new photos within 30 days you have to apply for the PR card...

    I called them just now. The lady said she does not have info on my card. My photos were delivered on 15th March as per the courier. Also she said they do not always update the status on mycic profile if the card is approved. It is ridiculous. Someone's photos received on 15th March were approved...

    There is no way to know if they received your photos other than calling them. The card application linking does not help in case of resubmission of photos. The status changes to approved way later (if at all) after they mail your card.

    You have to wait longer if they don't like your photo, otherwise it gets over in less than 2 months.

    You will get your passport stamped with your 'CoRP' :p which has expiry date on it.

    Submit a web form for case specific enquiry and get it changed before you submit your application. Most likely they will send you another letter with revised name.

    Mostly because they arrive in Canada more than 6 months after CoPR. They want latest photos (less than 6 months old). Or If the photos are 'bad' as per IRCC specs.
