I completely agree with you. From the spreadsheet the average time between PER and MR/RPRF is 37 days and its already 43 days for me. I hope they starting sending out MRs soon. BTW, have you applied under FSW or CEC because I couldn't find your details in the FSW spreadsheet.

Got PER on December 2 (August 12 applicant). So far no second line or any other email from CPC-Ottawa, starting to get worried. Should I plan for applying for GCMS notes and if yes, is it possible for my lawyer in Canada to apply on my behalf.

Ok. According to the spreadsheet for CPC-Ottawa, the average time between PER and MR is 36 days. As of today it has been 35 days since my PER. I shall probably wait till the end of next week. Could you please let me know the email address to contact the visa office?

So it looks like the timelines cannot be predicted and I think all we can do now is sincerely pray that we get our MRs soon :)

Yes, it looks like there is one other Aug 22 applicant in the spreadsheet named vijayanand whose package for 2173 was returned at the end of November with the reason cap got filled. I am not sure if there is a typo in the entry for SKumar.

Don't loose hope until you hear from CIC. The spreadsheet has an entry for Aug 25 applicant for 2173 who has received his PER on December 14. The name in the entry is "S KUMAR" with visa office listed as NDVO. I think the person is active in the forum under the username "SKumarIND". His forum...
