@vj2173 First, congrats for the PER :) So am correct in understanding that out of the 3 reference letters only one supported NOC 2173 and in that in addition to dates of employment, you just had above 4 bullet points for the job duties?

If I am correct PER is issued by the Case Processing Center at Sydney, Canada and only after then your file gets transferred to the visa office mentioned in your application. So I think you should better email the CPC office and try to know the status of ur application
