Processing will be different depending on which Visa office your file has been assigned to. I received my AOR in July 17 and recently got my request to pay perm resident fee and MR.

If you have an Embassy in your country of origin, then processing of your application will be done there. If not, you will have to wait for further correspondence from CIC that will inform you of the location.

Ok I understand as I am an outland applicant and the process does appear to be moving faster than for inland ones.

What was the reason that you did not mean the EE eligibility criteria to be put in the pool? Have you have your educational transcripts evaluated yet?

As stated previously, MR is not issued after one year of CIC receiving your application. It is mainly dependent on the visa office that will be processing your application. Yesterday I rec'd my MR requests and I got my AOR in July 2017. So there is still hope guys!! Keep the faith.

My timeline is as follows: MPNP: 30/10/16 Filed CIC application: 25/4/17 AOR: 10/7/17 Requests from Visa office in Trinidad: 15/8/17.

FT to local visa office today. Received request to pay RFPR and do medical as well as provide some additional docs within 30 days. Glad the processing has begun.

Where did you get that info from? That you receive MR requests a year after your application is received? I know that medical is valid for one year, but I believe your statement is incorrect.
