You should go into the forum that deals with Feb-April 2017 applicants where you would have a better assessment of applications in a similar timeframe.

This is why I was asking the question also that if after you link, if you would still receive emails to your regular email account that you have registered with CIC. Or if you would now only receive notifications/updates when you login using your GCKey?

Hi Polar Bear...just a quick one!! Were you able to link your account b4 or after receiving your AOR? See you got yours recently but your application was received 19th April....hope mine is coming soon as CIC received it on the 25th April. But I realize its real patience for these things.

It appears that you may be eligible for BOWP but from my own reading you must be within 4 months of your work permit deadline. But there are threads in these forums that talk specifically bout that which could offer more guidance. In addition to the CIC website.

What exactly are you trying to do? Are you at the PR stage and have filed with CIC? Cuz your quest bout applying for BOWP is very confusing!! Not sure if we understand what you mean

I am still waiting...but I am the 25th April. But have only seen people who applicants were rec'd up to the 10th so far. Hopefully the others are processed soon.

Sounds like we should be hopeful as April applicants are getting their AOR's now. Have to wait a little longer for mine as it was rec'd by CIC on 25.4.17...

You are within the timeframe to receive an AOR as they received your application in early April. So I doubt very much that your application is being returned. Your other quest bout your nomination expiring and you haven't received your AOR is fine cuz you submitted your application b4 the...

Once you submit your application it doesn't matter when your nomination expires. Once you apply b4 the deadline date you are fine. You now just have to wait for AOR.
