Hi capr13 Mine is 100% confirmed. I only update forum with correct information. Everybody's progress is different at NDVO even people having same filing dates. Don't worry. Hope for positive :)

Issue, not sure but I guess NOC 2173, 2174 July onwards applicants are getting very late response. God knows how NDVO is processing each NOC and sending MR request. Lets only hope for good for each one of us who are in pipeline after PER :)

CIC will accept a document which has both parents name, date, place of birth and your wife's name. admit card will not be accetable. its advisable to prepare a notorised affidavit bearing above details. also mention that she does not have birth certificate with all details required hence this...
