Hello my dear friends,
My application has been received by CIC on Nov 4. I have applied under NOC 2173.
Do you think there is any chance for not being capped?
I will be grateful if you answer my question.
Best Regards

hello friends
my question is that after getting PR what will our status in CANADA when we talk about studies?
they will consider us international students or residents as universities have different conditions for both?

Ask your consultant what assessment he did for your education??
DD if encashed wont be returned, if not encashed then you will get it back.

At NER stage, DD / CC charge refunded whether charged / encashed or not.

After PER, no charges are refundable

Follow PER email and instructions to CSE (Case specific Enquiry), use it to update any info which is new!

Ya ok.... But there's a small glitch in that informing process... My ex-employer gave a month notice period... Which I could not serve due to pressure of my new and current company. Therefore, I was not able to get a releiving letter from my old company.... And my new company has also accepted the same.

Now when I'm asked to forward the documents for this employer changeover.... What should I do...?? Should I just forward what I have silently......??? Or inform the real situation to them ....!?? Really in a dilemma....!! Anyone faced the same situation before...?? Anyone throw some light on this issue....!!!

He's right. Your file is closed. NER. No refund.

NER gets a refund. Post PER, there is no refund.

Hi All,
Can you please give me some very urgent info. I am at the last stages of setting my documents.
I have few confusions:

a) My wife doesn't have a Birth Certificate, will CIC accept her Secondary Exam Admit card , which has her father's name and her birth date. - yes, your 10th certificate will work with an affidavit for your wife's BC. Also add a cover letter with your package to explain what you did for missing BC
b) In case Admit card is enough , does it need to be photocopy or original ? - It only has to be a notarized photocopy only. NOT ORIGINAL PLEASE.

Regards
Andy

And I bet you have been ignoring your bike. Get back on it more often and things may move a lot faster. :D :D Lame humour I know but the best I can come up with. Someone has to lighten up all the intensity of this forum.

Lol. If only cic could move as fast as my bike. The wait is crazy. A good friend of mine (a silent observer of this forum) calls it CANADATENSION. ;D ;D
It is well
