Dear, don't you worry. Just now member sharan got his cc charged. His NOC and app dates are exactly same as yours. ONLY diff could be that, if your payment mode is DD, it might get delayed for a week or 2. Good Luck to you.

Mine is 18-Aug, DD mode, NOC- 2173. I am hoping for a positive response.

I had my CC charged yesterday and I am now waiting for PER.
My Passport expires on March, 2015 and I am about to renew it.
Do you guys think this can be a problem for the PER??
Has anyone received the PER out there with a passport that is to expire on the beginning of 2015? Any similar situation happanned to any of you?

Ya ok.... But there's a small glitch in that informing process... My ex-employer gave a month notice period... Which I could not serve due to pressure of my new and current company. Therefore, I was not able to get a releiving letter from my old company.... And my new company has also accepted the same.

Now when I'm asked to forward the documents for this employer changeover.... What should I do...?? Should I just forward what I have silently......??? Or inform the real situation to them ....!?? Really in a dilemma....!! Anyone faced the same situation before...?? Anyone throw some light on this issue....!!!

Try getting a letter from your line Manager or supervisor with his number for confirmation or a visiting card, if not then mention the reason's you cant get relieving letter, your ex joining letter+ ex letter of experience+new job letter should make sense to VO. I suggest you getting your info. updated or else it can be deemed as concealing, after all you didn't break a law nor did anything wrong by switching jobs! Just make sure your experience letter is easily verified when VOs investigate. You should take other's opinion too.

Dear Seniors,

Need your kind support.

My Visa office is NDVO.
I received medical request today and I have to submit all requested docs with RPRF till 26-Dec (45 days).

Currently I am outside my home country from last month.

i. Can I perform my medical examination from CIC authorised doctor in abroad? Will NDVO accept it.
ii. Do I need to update NDVO that currently I am outside of my homeland? Should I send this information with updated forms with medical receipt or quickly I send them email on this.
iii. My spouse and dependent are in India. They will go for medical examination there only. Is it ok if we submit medical receipt from different doctors one from India and other from Austria.
iv. Or if I should plan a quick trip to India and complete all medical formalities.

Medicals can be done anywhere in the world with panel physicians.
No need to update NDVO of your foreign trip at this stage.
Spouse and kids medicals in India is fine.
No need for you to get Meds done in India, unless you wanna save some money. You can get it done abroad.

My PP expires in April 2015, if I ever get PER by GOD's will, I'll then renew my PP and will get it updated through CSE with my VO.
