Was it email or snail mail

Hello seniors

I sent my application on 20july under 1112 noc.
I got mail frm cic jst nw that due cap full my application
Was returned on 13 th nov.
Can anyone guide me is this true? Can a cap reach so early?
In july?
And when will i receive my documents? Its a month since cic has sent it back.
Please please seniors do guide me.

Medical done on December 10th ( panel Physician had E medical enabled)
I confirmed with Physician's office that my medical results were uploaded to CIC on December 17th,
3rd line added to ECAS on December 19th :We have received medical results

I didn't mentioned that I was rejected US in my background declaration form.
I received my PER on 25th of November.
Now does this makes any issue later on?

Also, right below corner shows Date modified: 2014-11-04...Is it mean that my UCI number and initial entry done on that date itself and PER is yet to be updated there????

I think that date is a web modification date, i received my PER a month ago and my date mentioned there on the site is also same.

I see some good news. we have two instances of July MR reported from NDVO. One here in this forum and other one is there is in the fswp 2014 lets network - JUly 4th 2171 or 2174 I don't remember

I am trying to come up with some theories for the difference in MR date , one non IT is July 22 and IT update is July 4th

It appears that there are different Officers for category. I think all the IT applicants are going to couple of visa officers and there are many number of applications and this would delay the processing time.

secondly I guess they just take one courier in July month ( the one which they have received from nova scotia and it includes several applications - preferably couple of days ) and start working on it. It need not be in the ascending order .

Any other guess for different date processing.

would have been great if we could get some inside operations in Visa office

I have not sent my husband's PCC for Saudi Arabia at the time of application adding an explanation note. Is it mandatory to send or I should I wait for them to ask for it?

Waiting for our MR also! Hope we receive it by month end !! With lots of June applicants done with their MR, I feel now we will see JULY month starting with a bang( keeping our fingers crossed)!
