Hi All,

According to CIC website, submitting PCC with initial application seems to be obligatory. I lived in USA for 2 years a couple years back. So I will have to submit a FBI PCC as well, which I will have to submit later on, as it takes several months for FBI to issue a PCC. But what about PCC from my country, Bangladesh, where I currently live? It must be submitted right now, or is it optional and could I send it later on, along with the FBI PCC?

Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

Can i ask you all:

Canada FSW versus H1B job in new jersey!!!

I know immigration is better but then you will have to start a new life and search for a job there......
but

if you have a h1b offer for NJ what would you take ....

I say go for both if you can. Having more options is always good.

Urge t help required.....

I am planning for 2172.... My manager from previous company mailed that the reference letter can not be provided. However I have got reference letter from previous to previous company..... I am planning to ask my friend sign and put details on the job description. My friend also working in same company and his designation is assistant manager...... Since I am working in a company which is in par with Microsoft or apple.... Top employer of the world thus these type of specific documents cant be provided...... I hope CIC should know about this...... If I provide reference letter of one company only with equal duties to that to NOC 2172. Will it work and i will get points for 5 or 6 years I.e. Either 13 or 15 points...... In CIC website they clearly mention they need exact matching of NOC for 1 year in past 10 years.......

Please suggest its urgent......

As long as you have one year of paid and continuous full time work experience in NOC 2132 and can provide all the supporting documents for it, you will be eligible to apply under the 2132. You will only get points for work experience for which you can provide the experience letters. So if you are eligible and have enough points to make a total of 67 without including your "top employer's" experience letter, then you will be fine without it.

Why would you need different suggestions? It says in the checklist and guideline that it is only "reccommended" that you send PCC with the application. It is not a must. You can submit it later when asked by visa office if you are in a time crunch to submit your application.

You should be good. 2172 doesn't look like will be capped soon.

Guys - useful info - it confirms they count app in CAP right after completeness (even before CC charge)
I got this info from their training manual which is available for public.

+1 for posting
