An honest suggestion: One of you should apply for a university course and the other (spouse) would get OPEN work permit based on that. No restriction, work with any employer, most would support a PR for you. As a student you can work full time on campus & 20 hours after first year outside. Back...

Gaurav, you may keep trying but trust me the probability is less than any odds you would have attempted. LMO for Quality assurance is quite close to impossible, there are thousands here looking out for such jobs with legal credentials. I do not want to discourage you but just trying to help you...
