There is another Bomb that Canadian Embassy dropped on aspirants like us yesterday, go to their home site and you will see it. The only 2 embassy which do Work and Study visa effective immediately are New York and Los Angeles. They shut down Buffalo and made all others only for visitor Visa >:(
