Updated your timeline per new info. All inland applicants files go to CIC Nova scotia, only after certain steps are completed the file is sent to Ottawa for validating security, criminal background etc and finalize the visa & COPR. It is my understanding that once your Ecas shows in process...

This tells me that CIC cannot risk anything on you, they want to double ensure that Hrik becomes a PR asap. Anyways, who would want to loose a gem like you ; ) Wish you could pass the second request to one of us ;D

They would surely if you did not give them upfront 'but' even if you did there are slight chance that they ask again. ( In case the first one did not match expectation or due to other reason). Yes it should definitely match the specification specified by CIC.

Hrik, you have done it so bravely until now, just hang on you are almost there. To give you more comfort one of my friends got their PPR today, they went in decision made around a month back...this tells us CIC Ottawa is working. Slowly though because of strike but better late then never!!
