Almost 9 months I think is enough time to process a single application. They are just lazy people.

When they requested additional documents, did you receive the email from ottawa or Sydney?? Because my procesing agent is in Sydney and I haven't heard anything from them since they received the additional documents.

I received the reminder email in May and the rest of emails in July, the difference is that the emails that I received in July came from an specific agent, I mean from the person who's processing my case.

Yes they sent 3 emails, first one asking for a new schedule A updated and PCC from my home country, then a second one asking for the same with specifics dates on schedule A and the same PCC from home country, and the last one asking again only for a new PCC from home country and they explained...
