BOWP CHANGE EMPLOYER AFTER GETTING AOR FROM CIC?

I AM NOMINATED BY BCPNP AND MY WORK PERMIT WILL EXPIRE IN APRIL SO MY QUESTION IS CAN I CHANGE MY EMPLOYER OR JOB AFTER GETING MY AOR FROM CIC WITH MY NEW BOWP ?
EVEN I SPONSORED FROM MY EMPLOYER?
IS IT OK TO CHANGE YOUR EMPLOYER WHILE YOUR PR APPLICATION IS UNDER PROCESS AND YOU HAVE BOWP?

It is recommended that you continue with same employer if your employer has nominated you for PNP & your PR is in progress.

It is an open work permit but one of the condition of employer driven PNP nomination is that you continue working with the same employer.

Since there are several PNP categories that don't require employer support CIC is only issuing open work permits to PNP nominees whose PR is in process.

Btw I am in the same boat. Employer driven PNP nominee with PR in progress and holding BOWP and still working with the same employer.

My AINP was without employer support (electrician). I have 5 months 2 weeks left on my LMO visa. I have been offered working that pays more. If I change employers would I get a BOWP or a closed permit. I have my AOR

You HAVE TO wait until you have 4 months left on your current work permit in order to apply for the open work permit. Otherwise it's not going to be approved and you will lose 155 CAD. Also you need to continue working for your current employer until you receive your new OPEN WORK PERMIT, once you have it in your hands, you'll be free to go.

That's what I'm waiting too.. My work permit will expire on jan 22nd, 2015. I finally will apply for my BOWP this Monday Sep 22nd, I've been with my employer for three years and I'm tired now.

I was told by AINP I can change jobs anytime after my nomination, as long as I stay employed as an electrician. I would just require a new job offer, update them then apply for a permit and no LMO required.

My nomination wasn't employer driven it was compulsory trade route as I have a red seal certificate

Yes you can change jobs anytime, as long as you have the right work permit for that job.
