You can get your medical exam done after you get an ITA. It is called an upfront medical exam.

You are right. I misunderstood your question. I thought you were trying to guess your reevaluation scores and input those in your EE profile. Of course, you could enter the pool with your current scores and then update them when the new results come.

I still do not see the link to upload the LOE. Still only see only one Employment Records link.

You might need to wait till your reevaluation report comes back. Otherwise it might be considered misrepresentation as the date of the report will be different from what you will input now. The system does not allow you to input future dates.

Updating the child info helps. But I am still having issues with employments records. It only asks me to provide docs for my current job. Also, I do not see a place to upload my IELTS results. I remember last week I did not see it either. Where to upload it? Under Education?
