CIC are pretty hit and miss with sending AOR emails it seems, a handful of people on the spreadsheet didn't get AOR either. You likely would have heard something by now if they had an issue with the PR app (i.e. it would have been returned), so you might not hear anything until your OWP turns...

Haha, its best to keep a sense of humour about these things, otherwise you go a little stir-crazy. Honestly expecting it any day now based on when others have received theirs recently, just hate the feeling of opening the mailbox and it not being there!!
