i'm into the 8th month myself so i hear you. if anything, knowing that you're not the only one from the Ottawa office waiting should be heartening. still frustrating though.

yes you can submit your application with all other documents and a note saying that you are waiting on the FBI Identity History Summary to come through. you can also share a scan/screenshot of the tracking number to show that your submission has actually reached the FBI if you want to provide...

Ottawa VO and the time they take to process the applications; and yes i know people will say it depends on how long the BG check takes at times etc. etc. but 24/37 applicants waiting from Ottawa...seems like they are slow for some reason in Ottawa with the FSW category

there are way too many people with the Ottawa VO in the March AOR group still waiting. 24 to be precise, 18 of whom are in the FSW category. I keep wondering if there is a correlation...

nice work. been inactive on this forum for the last week or so, swamped with work these days. my visa office is Ottawa so you can add update that on the list.

at this pace, it's looking more and more like the PR's are going to come through next year around the March time, which really screws up my entire planning for the coming months. i am really hoping that is not the case and that PPR comes through before the year is over for all of us waiting.

Feb 22, 2016. haven't seen any change in my status on my CIC profile these days like it has for others. medical results still show as "passed"

how do you know the date your medicals are valid until. mine were submitted in Feb 2016 but on my CIC profile it only changed to passed after i got my AOR. what date counts as the one year form which they are valid?

does someone have access to edit and update the March spreadsheet and upload it somewhere please? it would make it so much easier to keep track of it all

yeah, username susheem got PPR request yesterday. and that too from the Ottawa VO. there's quite a few of us March AOR's waiting for PPR's who's applications are with the Ottawa VO
