Police certificate from FBI

I've submitted for a history record from FBI. the time processing is 12-14 weeks on their website. If it is the case, I won't have enough time to submit all documents within 60 days since I got ITA. What should I do if I can't get the record by the 60th day? Can I just submit all others documents and a note saying that I'm waiting for FBI record? I have another history record from my own country.

Another question is: Can I submit another EE application while I'm having one active ITA? Can a person got 2 ITAs with two different applications?
I'm thinking this way: If I miss the first one, I could still use the second one.

Thanks

yes you can submit your application with all other documents and a note saying that you are waiting on the FBI Identity History Summary to come through. you can also share a scan/screenshot of the tracking number to show that your submission has actually reached the FBI if you want to provide additional assurance to them.

No you can't. One ITA for one application. If you don't want to apply the first time, you'll have to reject it, get back in the pool again and if you still make the cut in the CRS score the next round, you'll get another invitation. i would not advise you to take that risk.

Thanks. I read somewhere in this forum that they have no tolerance for incomplete papers within the 60 day period. I'll give it a try tho.

It's no longer 60 day period. They increased it to 90 days effective 29th Nov. Not sure though if that affects people who have already received ITA.
