there is no written rule when rejections happen but if they are to reject you based on eligibility it would be within the first 6 months i would assume when they are determining your eligibility.

not at all. there is no generalizing the timeline based on categories, there is no pattern to it. there are people from all these categories still waiting for their PPR's for more than 8 months. there are people from the same categories that received there PPR's close to or around 6 months. but...
