I received my COPR last week and my medical was due to expire on 26th June. They extended it by two weeks until 9th July, its really up to officer processing the application as to whether its extended or you have to redo the medical.

As Ponga said if CIC require any further information from you they will contact you and let you know. They will not deny your application outright without giving you the opportunity to provide additional information. Just remember if you are using email as your preferred method of communication...

For the UCI number you need to enter your sponsors details and not yours....then it should hopefully work.

I think as Warzo said its at the discretion of the officer, I'm not sure whether they will actually tell you until you have COPR in hand. I think as far as I've seen if they want you to do another one they will let you know otherwise they will extend. Not too helpful for planning though!

COPR received today, only extended my medical by a couple of weeks so we have to land by 9th July. Not sure whether to hit the whisky or the red bull.

I would give it a few weeks, it took them 6 weeks to get back to me regarding an email I sent to them, others have had more luck getting almost immediate responses, its a bit of a lottery with Ottawa.

Geo, the same advice applies as when you posted this question last year. A entry visa is not a guarantee that she will be allowed back into the country. If for whatever reason she was refused entry back into Canada her inland application would be cancelled and she would have to start from...

No we did not include either of those form. Some people include them and put N/A but we had no issues with not including them in our application.
