Do I need to fill out all Applications???

I have a question My wife is in the Philippines with out son. We have the application forums filled out but I'm wondering if all the application forums need to filled out even the ones we don't have information for.

IMM5476 we aren't using a representative so do we have to fill it out and put N/A or leave it out?
Same for [IMM 5409] We are married so will they look for this application as well?

No we did not include either of those form. Some people include them and put N/A but we had no issues with not including them in our application.

Thanks....that's what I was thinking but thought I would ask to make sure.

What I did for my wife, to make it clear that we didn't just omit them, was on the cover letter listed the forms that were not included and the reasons (mainly because she does not have any children so the dependant forms were left out)

It explains who needs to fill out the forms. It explains which forms are required or not required for certain cases.
