My ME was done last October..and I am still waiting. It is a huge tolerance.

I am one of them. I submit my case on March 2014, FN and ME came on reasonable time, but since then... My first GCMS from Dec 2014 indicated no concern about work experience (recommend passed). I am waiting for my second one.

Criminality check and security are not something we can control. But your eligibility and medical are passed, I think you don't have to worry. Just forget about it and relax, it will come when the time arrives. Good luck !

It is not to bad to me. The VO seems agree that your job duties are fine, however he/she has question about the length of time you actually worked. As long as you can attach more document to proof your "ONE-Year" work experience, I think your risk is low. Just some personal thoughts, waiting...

LMO,LMIA and BOWP are three different work permits. You only need one of them. There is no LMO now I think， plus applying LMIA is difficult currently. You only need BOWP. You can start applying 4 month before your current work permit expiry.

This is weird. There should be something like "meet requirement" or "have concern" ..... Nothing here indicated whether they have concern about your work experience but why the recommendation is review required ?
