I don't think it is a good idea to rely on due date. My file was NOT sent to second review, and all my due date passed, and there is no news. Well.

You apply the note for yourself = Privacy Act, which is free.

Re: No "second review", but nothing after medical request Well, I thought "in queue for review" is not equal to "second review" Because I saw they said once you have "review required by officer" in the note, that is called "second review" I could be wrong.

Hi seniors, I am a March applicant and received Medical Request on Sept.27. The GCMS note from 2.20 showed "recommend passed" since Sept.26, but nothing until now. My due date is today, may I expect they will take out my file and review it ? What else could I do ? Should I give up waiting on...

I have command "recommend passed" since Sept.26 and then nothing after Medical Request. My due date is April.7. Hope officer would review my files on due date.....Files just stay there and no one touch them.

They are very very slow now. My file was last searched on Sept.26 and the command was "recommend passed", then on Nov.26 it was at location CEC OFF REV for review. Since than until March.6 (last time I know) nothing was changed, no one looks at my file, just stay there and wait and wait and...

I think you can do as the call center agency said. Yours is still better than me, all passed except medical... Mine just in queue in queue in queue but no one come to review... Officer please please please review my file... it is "recommend passed" but not "review required" why they don't...

Ohh.. sorry to hear that... If you did upfront medical, do you have the IME number, your receipt and everything ? You can send them to CIC so that they would know...

I guess you are asking whether you and your consultant will receive GCMS at the same time. No. If you applied that, only you would receive the GCMS. You can forward that to your consultant though, up to you.

Hope my file can be viewed "in due date" as well.....
