I received my ME in Oct and completed that. But since then I haven't heard anything from them...to date. My GCMS from Dec said eligibility says in progress and further below it says recomm passed. But mine have no further information on previous GCMS, except stated it was at CEC OFF Review...

If you are outside Canada, you can write an authorization letter to one of your friends who lives in Canada, and he/she can order the GCMS for you. It costs $5 though.

You won't be the only one. Now they always give you a chance to convince them by providing additional document. Just be prepare for that.

Why my ESCA never update... It is really weird when recommend passed showed on GCMS, and worries me a lot.

Wow, at least you know they are not forgetting your case. Do you have dependent in the case ?

Like you explain above, explain them to VO explicitly by giving more documents :-) Other seniors here may have better suggestions.

I did. It said eligibility recommend passed, medical passed, criminality in progress, security not started. Now waiting for me second GCMS.
