Well, I will advise you to give CIC a week after the 75 days for them to send the Card to you. Then, you wait atleast 5 days to receive the Card. I can't say anything about the processing time as long as this PAFSO strike is ongoing. Now it's 75 days, who knows what it will be next week? Take...

Hi sandyboy388, When I checked Canadapost website, letter mail from Halifax to Saskatoon takes 4 business days, excluding the day it was sent. So, they usually advise to wait 5 business days. Today makes it 5 business days for me & i'm getting so tensed. I just want to have this card & move on...

Well, technically your temporary residence visa (TRV) has been nulified by the PR visa. Yes. You can go to India & then land on your way back. Note: I doubt if you can tell officer that you are not landing now & you want to use your TRV. From my understanding, once you have the PR visa, any...

Done my landing...Those that already have PR card...How long to wait?

Well, your situation is dicey. The choice is up to you. (1). First check the duration of the visa. If it is up to 6 months, then you can afford to travel to India & then land on your way back. Meanwhile, if your passport has less than 6 months to expire, they will only give you a 3 to 4 months...

    Bridge Open Work Permit

(1). Yes. The Bridge Open Work Permit is designed mainly for the lost Buffalo applicants whose work permits are within 4 months of expiry and their PR application is being processed in Ottawa. (2). No. You can't change your visa office. This is against their program integrity policy. Your...

I called them too & I was told it was sent on Sept 10. That's why I asked the question as to when it will be delivered so I can keep watch on it. It is so annoying that everyone keeps asking to see your PR card & you can't provide it. Canadapost website says 'it takes 4 business days to...

BUFFALO APPLICANTS - File transferred to other VO due to Buffalo closing down

You can land at any point of entry in Canada. You can also land at any service Canada office but only by appointment (between 2 to 6 weeks). The officer may ask you questions such as your home address, Job, etc. This is just to confirm if you still reside in your province of nomination. Also for...

    urgent seniors please help

You seem not to understand me. There's no way she won't have a visa except if she's from a visa exempt country. I know India is not visa exempt. Even if India is visa exempt, then she won't be on visiting visa. Your case is very unclear. Except there are things you are not disclosing. Anyways...
