Disqualified without prior notifications under PNP

This is really a serious case. Did you change your address at any point since you submitted your application? If yes, did you notify them of the address change? I'll advise that you send the office an email. Explain to them that you did not receive any correspondence from them on the 3...

Really? Are you pulling our legs? Are you for real? Congrats Holygun. Your case is indeed an exceptional one. I'm happy it has finally been resolved. DUBLIN IRELAND OR QUEBEC WHICH IS BETTER??? PLEASE ADVICE

Well nne, it is possible to get a job in Quebec or Canada in general as a nurse. However, you have to check if your nursing certificate/degree in Ireland will be acceptable in Quebec or wherever you go in Canada. I believe you can visit the association website and do more investigation yourself...

PRIOR TO JUNE 2012, STILL WAITING FOR PPR....!

Hi Holygun. I think an admin staff of CPP-O touched your file. I did not find a record of that in my GCMS notes so I can't say what was done. Meanwhile, if you've been in Canada for a while and your criminality check is taking this long then it calls for worry. Are you married? Did you submit...

PNP File Transfer To CIO Sydney, Nova Scotia - December/ January

Well, it is advisable to check with the provincial authority. When you call them, you don't have to necessarily mention your name. But in my own candid opinion, it is dangerous to go back to your country while your application is being processed. The ball is in your court. coshx!

PNP File Transfer To CIO Sydney, Nova Scotia - December/ January

You have to stay in your province of nomination until you get your PR. If you leave, you'll fail the eligibility test. CIC at one point or the other may request that you provide employment letter and update history. Goodluck. coshx!

Holygun, do you know my application was received at CIO on the same day as yours (Feb 17)? Our files were also transferred to Ottawa on the same day (Mar 26). When files were transferred to Ottawa, they mentioned in the AOR that your application is for Buffalo but being processed in CPP-O. CPP-O...

PNP File Transfer To CIO Sydney, Nova Scotia - December/ January

No. I didn't sign any form. It's the same letter I sent to you. I just signed it. Scanned it & send to them. The MP sent an email to CPP-Ottawa and they responded within 2 days with the status of the file. The MP then send an email to me with the response. It's always helpful to use MP. CIC...

Re: Experts help please: Landing in case of "out of status" @ SALSAL. I'm quite surprised the officer said that. The COPR will be used to print the PR card. The picture on the COPR will be the same on the PR Card. What I think you should do is to wait till next week when your ecas shows...
