Yes MR was your case officer. My case officer was MR too. When your application moves to the next stage it will be handed over to another case officer. In my case its VM.

the initials are present in the square bracket at the end of the e-mail subject. ex: Notification - Referral of Nominee Application to the Decision Phase [VM] VM is the initials of the case officer. Hope it helps.

Hi Raj, I tried to call ONIP a couple of times now, after pressing 0 to talk to an operator, I get this: It rings 3-4 times and then automated voice asks for 10 digit code. Kind of confused about that 10 digit code. Any help would be appreciated. Cheers.

I too have received the same mail stating that my application was moved to decision phase on june 21. Am not sure but I am guessing you'd just get the same old generic reply. but worth the shot anyways.
