How do you guys make out who is your case officer?? :-[

the initials are present in the square bracket at the end of the e-mail subject.

ex: Notification - Referral of Nominee Application to the Decision Phase [VM]

VM is the initials of the case officer.

Hope it helps.

I received 4 emails from them, but none had such initials. And Acc. To their last email my file is in last stage.

But, when i received AOR, the subject line was "MR - OINP- Acknowledgement - XXXX-16-xxxxxxx", is this "MR" my case officer?????
I'm confused!

Yes MR was your case officer. My case officer was MR too.

When your application moves to the next stage it will be handed over to another case officer. In my case its VM.

I don't have the initials of my case officer in my Decision Phase email either. Don't know why.

Mine was MR, too, when I got the acknowledgment email. When it was transferred to the decision phase on May 12, it was LS.

AOR email: March 15, 2016 ("MR" in this email)
Phone call: April 29, 2016 (can't remember who I talked to any more since it was a long time ago :)
Decision phase email: May 12, 2016 ("LS" in this email)

You are awesome Stanlee!! I already did +1 while reading your thread for reference letter.

Thank you.

Hi everyone,

What email is OINP using to send your updates on referral stages? I am getting mine from expressentry@ontario.ca but they seem oddly casual, and someone called me today and she didn't even leave a voice mail. When I called back she claimed to be calling from the OINP at 6:00 pm, greeted me by my first name and asked information that I refused to give. I asked for her name but she said it really fast and wouldnt spell it for me. After she hung up on me (I assume she got frustrated with me) I got an email saying I got moved to the decision phase.

Did this happen to anyone else?

What info was she asking ?. What are your timelines ?. Are you CEC inland or FSW outland ?

Anyways, since she moved your case to decision phase so they would take decision based on whatever info they already have.

My officer is PL too (Paul Lu). However, our applications should be in the decision phase/final stage now (at least mine is). My application package reached them on November 5 and I am yet to receive a decision on my application. Could you please post your precise timeline and mention your file number masking the last 2 digits?

Another Wednesday goes by and we still wait.
They have no replied to my email from 27th Sept btw. What about you?

What does the ITA email say? and who does it come from? Do you get a notification message in your CIC profile too?
