Call them, press 1 for English and then press 0 to talk to an operator. I got off the call sometime ago.

Hi Raj,

I tried to call ONIP a couple of times now, after pressing 0 to talk to an operator, I get this: It rings 3-4 times and then automated voice asks for 10 digit code.

Kind of confused about that 10 digit code. Any help would be appreciated.

Cheers.

Well, unfortunately, you have to keep calling them. They never answered when I called them from skype (at least not lately). However, when I called them from my mobile, they always answered the call.

that's because from Skype the number that gets displayed is something like a +344. that's it. that's the way to understand if you're getting a call via Skype.
smart people, but not smart enough to give us nominations :(

Does it matter which network service provider you are using for conversation. THey should answer.

CEC CEC CEC CEC CEC

These CEC applicants have spoiled all the process which was on the verge of getting resolved. It was a turn of November applicants getting nominations and OINP just ruined the process. They said they will consider those whose WP is expiring in near future. Now they even process the applicants whose WP is expiring in 2017. This is just not done OINP. you owe us a promise too !!!!!! ??? ??? ??? They were not suppose to slow down FSW applications.

CEC applicants are not to be blamed. It is only slowness of OINP, which is causing delay. I don't think there are many CEC applicants who got nominations, only few got whose WP were expiring/already expired.

Valid point sir/madam! From what I've gathered they were focusing on getting the AOR's out, whcih I think they've done for all applicants (with the exception of a few who's DD expired). Now it seems they're are focusing on investigating everyone with interviews and new requests for documents. After that it's decision time, so we may find that the big batch of nominations only really start after the March/April applicants get their calls... With the exception of those CEC with expiring WP...

Why not blame them. They have already got more marks in the pool and they are given preference too. They have not done WES and that's why OINP are taking more time to scrutinize their education. They are in Canada, and may be they are influencing Govt somehow.

Once you enter the pool with extra marks than FSW and CEC become same
. I don't have a soft corner for them nor I am God like you. I can blame them also if I can blame OINP. You can blame me as much you want.

Well if you got problems with CEC, why not come to canada as student, study for 2+ years, pay taxes here while working (and trust me the taxes hurt).
So you may blame us, but technically CEC must be more priority as they are inland and already contributing.
