Nice! Mine was received same day as yours but I haven't been able to get through to the call center all day :( it keeps saying that they are so busy they can't even put me on hold

For me I only have AOR 1 and PA side just says application received. If you've got SA I will definitely try calling tomorrow or Monday to see if an agent will tell me I've been approved as a sponsor

Don't worry!! I'm in the same boat pretty much. App received April 27th, and no SA. I can't access the Sponsor side either, only the PA side and it still just says application received and two lines, when it was received and medicals received

Have you received AOR1?? My application was received the day after yours and I have AOR1 but not SA. I don't expect that for another few weeks.

My husband did this. He traded his german license in for an Ontario one. This was before he activated his IEC visa, he was just a visitor. All he needed was his passport, to surrender his German license and he had official documentation of his driving history in Germany so he could be granted...

I don't believe that they send your documents back. I'm pretty sure that they actually state somewhere not to send originals unless specified as they will not be returned.

This whole process is awful. It's hard enough to find someone you think you can make and spend your life with, and to not be sure whether you'll actually be able to be together is ridiculous!
