When you get the ECA from WES it'll have your ECA certificate number on it - at least in my case it's the same as your existing reference number with the letters IMM at the end (e.g. 1234567IMM). You'll need to enter this number along with the date of the ECA report into your EE profile.

Your university needs to fill in this form: https://www.wes.org/required/degreeconferral.pdf You can fill out the first part of it and then ask your university to fill out the rest then stamp it and send it to WES. My view is yes - you should show your student loan. It is still a loan and technically forms part of a debt which you are due to repay at some point.
