Haven't received any AOR either. They received our application on August 15th. Medical exam was changed to "Passed" last week and upon checking ECAS yesterday, it says that they started processing my sponsorship application last September 2. But then, again, no AOR.

Awww, I'm hoping to get mine too! Our application was received the same day as yours, August 15th.

I had my application linked a couple of weeks ago (I got the application number from there) and then I received an email last Saturday from CIC telling me that our application has been updated. When I checked my account, I just saw that they changed the status of the medical exam to Passed. :)...

Mine was received on the 15th. No AOR1 yet. They just changed the status of my spouse's medical exam to "Passed" last week.

Congrats! I'm hoping to receive our AOR1 by next week. *fingers crossed*

Others wait for medical request, but my husband did the upfront medical exam. He was given a proof of medical exam and we had it submitted with the whole application package.

Use the sponsored person's information :) The more information you put, the better chance of linking the application. It took me a number of tries too ;D

I just noticed that those who have received their AOR 1 already are the ones who have submitted their application on the first week of August. If you applied in mid-August (like me), then, expect your AOR 1 a couple of weeks later than theirs.
