That's your AOR1 right there :) Give it a couple of days, and you will eventually be able to check the status of yiur application through ECAS. Btw, have you tried linking your application to MyCIC yet?

After about a week of waiting for my SA on my email, I finally got it today... through regular mail! ;D Yayy! Correspondence is dated September 13 which is exactly 29 days after they received our application :) Our file was sent to Manila for further processing.

Go to "check status and messages" and you would be able to see that they have changed the status of something on table :)

I would say so. If the sposorship application has been refused, they would've let you know. But the fact that they have the file transferred to the Philippines already and is now being processed, then that must be an indication that you were approved as a sponsor. :) Congrats! :)

Good thing I'm not the only one who wasn't given an AOR yet ::) I got an email this morning telling me that the status of my application has been updated. I checked my CIC account and saw that the Review of Eligibility was changed to "Review in Progress".
